Most boards and councils meetings provide for public comment. There are some months we are able to secure an agenda item for the family court crisis. For public comment, the standard is three minutes per person, no mention of specific cases or professionals allowed, and there is no feedback. There can be questions asked during an agenda item. We will list the schedules here for those who would like to join us. Please note, we will post information about the CA committees and meetings here. If you live in another state, we recommend you find your equivalent committees and take action in your state. Also, if you are unable to attend, please check to see if they accept written comments. Usually this is due a few days before the meeting.
Board of Psychology

While their values are transparency, integrity, consumer protection, inclusiveness, excellence and accountability, we have found the board to not be following their own guidelines.
Please plan to attend the board meeting to help build awareness to this overall problem and to further change and increase accountability. Your presence will show the board these problems need immediate attention. Please note, details of case may not be mentioned, including individual psychologists’ names.
